Almost nothing, and this page says exactly what. Everything below is a description of how the site is actually built, not a template.

It sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising. It loads no fonts, scripts, maps or media from anyone else, so visiting these pages tells no third party that you were here. There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for.
The instrument and the kit editor run entirely in your browser. Audio you drop into them is decoded on your own machine and never uploaded. Nothing you make here is sent anywhere, and we could not read it if we wanted to.
Like every web server, the host that serves these pages records requests: IP address, time, the file requested, and the browser's user-agent string. This is necessary to deliver the site and to keep it working, which is the legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Payment is handled by Stripe. Pressing Buy takes you to a page operated by Stripe, and the card details, name and billing address you enter there are given to Stripe, not to us. We receive from Stripe what we need to complete and account for the sale: that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the billing details required on a German invoice. We keep that for as long as tax law requires us to, which is currently ten years.

Sample packs and firmware are ordinary files served from this site. Downloading one creates a server log entry as above and nothing else. No download is tied to a person.
For most visitors there is nothing to exercise them against. If you have only read these pages, the sum of what exists is a line in a server log, and we could not connect it to you if you asked. If you have bought something, what exists is the invoice data we are required to keep.
The rights are yours either way and we have to tell you about them: access (Art. 15), correction (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), and objection to anything done on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 21). Write to the address above and we will answer, including when the answer is that we hold nothing.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority. For us that is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.
This page is also published in German, and the German version is the authoritative one. Any other language, including this one, is provided for convenience. If they ever disagree, the German text is what applies.
