Three corrections against the version currently live there. § 55 Abs. 2 RStV no longer exists: the Rundfunkstaatsvertrag was replaced by the MStV in November 2020. TMG was replaced by the DDG in May 2024, so the heading is now "§ 5 DDG". And the Handelsregister and USt-IdNr were missing entirely, which § 5 DDG requires of a GmbH and which matters more now that a site under this company sells to consumers.
Deliberately NOT included: a link to the EU ODR platform. It stopped operating in July 2025, so imprints still linking to it are pointing at a dead service. The Verbraucherstreitbeilegung line above is the part that still applies; a one-person GmbH is in any case exempt from the § 36 VSBG duty, which applies above ten employees, so that sentence is voluntary clarity rather than an obligation.
