What you are buying
German consumer law already covers the sale. That is why there are no terms and conditions here.
You buy the software, not the device. The licence is yours and does not expire. Put it on any device we support.
The licence belongs to the person who owns it, not to the hardware.
Do not resell the firmware, give it away, or publish it for download. That is the only restriction.
Everything you make with it is yours. Kits you build, recordings you make, performances you give, paid or not. We ask for no credit.
Bug fixes, security fixes and improvements are free within your major version. They are ordinary files on the delivery page you receive after buying.
None of this checks in with a server. There is no activation, no licence key and no account, so there is nothing that can stop working if we do.
Your statutory rights as a consumer apply in full. That includes the fourteen-day right of withdrawal, which we expressly do not expect you to give up.

The language of the contract is German. The German version is the binding one. This English text is provided for convenience. If the two differ, the German applies.
